Shipping
All orders are packed and sent from our UK warehouse, except US orders, which ship from our US warehouse. Every order is tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) Monday to Friday leave the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, go out the next working day.

We deliver to all European countries. Greece, Cyprus, Norway, and Bosnia and Herzegovina are sent by Standard tracked delivery (3–4 business days): £6.50, FREE over £90.
Prices and free-delivery thresholds are converted into your local currency at checkout.
Duties & taxes
- UK, Ireland, EU and US: all duties and taxes are worked out and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
- Canada and other countries: your local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are your responsibility.
